Simile is hiring a Member of Technical Staff, Model Evaluations to build measurement systems for behavioral simulations. The role develops evals, metrics, rubrics, datasets, dashboards, workflows, ground-truth comparisons, uncertainty analyses, and automated evaluation pipelines; partners with modeling teams on model quality and improvement; and contributes to product and applied evaluations. Candidates should have strong evaluation judgment, LLM and model fluency, statistical reasoning, and technical execution with Python, SQL, R, notebooks, LLM APIs, and agentic coding tools. The role offers a $200,000–$400,000 USD salary range, equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and flexible time off.
