Description
The Evaporator Operator monitors and controls an evaporator and membrane process, from feeding deyeasted wort to shipping concentrated vinasse. Responsibilities include cleaning and CIP, starting up and shutting down equipment, transferring materials, completing reports, sampling, adjusting for deviations, and maintaining a clean and energy-efficient workshop. The role requires a high school diploma or technical degree in a relevant field, 1–2 years of experience in wastewater treatment or renewable energy operations, and knowledge of thermodynamics, sustainability, or renewable energy plus basic laboratory analysis.
