ABM is hiring a Cleaning Operative in Cardiff to perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing; follow assigned cleaning schedules; handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely; and respond to special cleaning requests. The role follows a Monday-to-Friday pattern of three hours per shift, fifteen hours per week, with a competitive pay rate and employee benefits including GP support, mental health and life-event counseling, a fitness programme, financial and legal support, and an employee app.
