Smith College is hiring a Custodian for a regular, full-time position working Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The role performs building cleaning, floor care, emergency clean-up, sanitation, building inspections, maintenance reporting, event support, and other custodial duties. Applicants need a high school or vocational diploma, GED equivalent, or combination of education and experience, with at least one year of custodial or housekeeping experience preferred. The position pays $24.52 per hour at Step 1 under a collective bargaining agreement.
