Summit Academy OIC is hiring a full-time Electrical Program Instructor to teach adult learners in a competency-based construction certification program. The role includes delivering instruction, developing and maintaining curriculum, managing classrooms and student records, conducting assessments, coordinating field trips, maintaining tool and material inventory, and supporting professional development and campus activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, electrician-trade training, at least 4,000 hours of recent electrician experience or equivalent training and experience, and 1–2 years of teaching experience; it is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional additional mornings, evenings, or weekends.
