Description
MASKA is hiring a Foreman to lead and motivate a team of mechanics while planning, organizing, and optimizing shop operations. The role is responsible for work quality, deadlines, safety, warranty versus billable work, cost control, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere. Candidates should have a DEP in heavy-vehicle or construction-equipment mechanics, 7 to 10 years of heavy-duty mechanical experience with supervision, knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and a valid driver’s license; halocarbon/PEP certification is an asset.
