Array Behavioral Care is hiring an evening specialist, 100% virtual Psychiatrist to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across emergency departments, hospital medical floors, and crisis stabilization units. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, directing or implementing psychotherapeutic treatments, prescribing medication, and collaborating with onsite healthcare teams. The position is fully remote, requires a private home office, and supports obtaining additional state licensure and DEA licenses. Compensation is $150–$195 per hour, with benefits and CME eligibility beginning at specified weekly hour thresholds.
