Array Behavioral Care is hiring an Evening Specialist Psychiatrist for a 100% virtual, west-coast role providing measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across emergency departments, hospital medical floors, and crisis stabilization units. The psychiatrist will evaluate and treat patients, direct psychotherapeutic treatment, prescribe medication, and collaborate with onsite healthcare teams, with overnight shifts between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. EST. The role requires board certification or eligibility, unrestricted independent licensure, experience with psychiatric care across age groups and acute crisis settings, and advanced telehealth and EMR proficiency. Compensation is $150–$195 per hour, with benefits and additional licensure support.
