Harvard Integrations is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a metal processing fabrication department. The role involves scheduling production and work assignments, managing equipment and maintenance, enforcing safety and quality procedures, analyzing work orders and blueprints, inspecting finished products, resolving production problems, coaching and managing employees, and coordinating with shop supervisors, design engineers, management, and customers. The position requires at least five years of supervisory or team-leading experience in manufacturing, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes and relevant fabrication, welding, or industrial electrical wiring experience.
