MASKA is hiring an Evening Technical Advisor to support after-hours truck service. The role welcomes clients, manages urgent calls and unexpected situations, plans and follows up on maintenance or repairs, explains work and costs, and coordinates with the shop team to deliver a smooth client experience. Candidates should have customer-service experience, ideally in the mechanical sector, knowledge of heavy-vehicle systems or mechanical work, organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
