Description
MindCare Solutions is hiring an Overnight Telehealth Psychiatrist to provide acute psychiatric care through telehealth in North Carolina. The role includes emergency-department assessments, psychiatric admissions, diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, psychotropic medication management, individualized treatment plans, chart audits, peer review, provider management, and crisis care. The psychiatrist must hold an active North Carolina medical license, have two years of inpatient experience including trauma experience, be board certified or eligible within one year of residency completion, hold a valid unrestricted DEA, and be proficient with telemedicine technologies. Additional Florida and Texas licenses or a PSYPACT compact license are preferred. Benefits are contingent on full-time W2 employment.
