The role manages projects from customer inquiry through quotation, implementation, and follow-up; coordinates internal teams and external service providers; develops catering solutions; prepares proposals and cost calculations; monitors budgets and quality; and ensures compliance with HACCP and safety standards. Candidates need relevant gastronomy, hotel, catering, or event-management training, at least three years of professional experience, event-execution experience, and strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
