Description
RAI Amsterdam is hiring an on-call chef for its five permanent restaurants, with shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 and the ability to determine availability. The role involves preparing large volumes of food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks receptions, and parties; managing mise en place; supporting food service and logistics; and checking hygiene and ingredient quality. Applicants must be independently working chefs with relevant experience and a diploma, proficient in Dutch or English, and familiar with HACCP regulations. The pay scale is €17.32–€23.81, with public transport reimbursement and HACCP certificate support.
