Founders Forum Group is seeking an Event Director to lead The Longevity Show across its established London edition and new New York launch. The role owns event strategy, programming, international market launch, operations, budgets, team leadership, partnerships, marketing, ticket sales, sponsorships, exhibitor revenue, stakeholder relationships, and future expansion. It requires at least five years delivering large conferences or exhibitions with 1,000+ attendees, experience scaling or launching flagship B2B/B2C events, strong operational and budget management, partnership and speaker management, and regular travel to the United States. The role follows a hybrid model with four office days and one remote day, and includes private healthcare and other discretionary benefits.
