EventConnect is seeking an Event Management Specialist to join their team in London, Ontario. The role involves working with a Procurement Specialist to secure hotels and rates for events, training hotels on the EventConnect platform, and overseeing all aspects of post-contracting event management, including reservation compliance, inventory management, and event strategy. The specialist will also provide support to Hotel Sales Representatives, CVBs, and NSOs, monitor event performance, draft and review hotel contracts, and conduct market research. The position requires a university or college degree and a minimum of 2 years of hotel experience.
