The BerufsOrientierungsZentrum (BOZ) Paderborner Land in Bad Wünnenberg is hiring an Event Manager to plan, develop, and coordinate career-orientation events and formats, including camps, industry days, and trade fairs. The role involves content planning, presentations, partner acquisition, coordination with schools, companies, and other stakeholders, scheduling, CRM management, and event preparation. The position offers 40 hours per week as a full-time role or 20 hours per week as a part-time role, starting from 1 September 2026.
