Description
Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring an Event Manager to lead planning, staffing, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for large-scale on- and off-premise events serving 300 to 5,000 guests. The role partners with clients, culinary leaders, sales, vendors, and event teams; builds temporary kitchens and rental orders; manages budgets and timelines; and anticipates operational challenges. Candidates should have 3–5 years of leadership experience in catering, luxury hospitality, fine dining, event operations, or a related environment, with strong off-premise catering and large-scale event experience. The position offers a salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus a quarterly performance bonus opportunity of up to $2,500 per quarter.
