Description
Filevine is hiring an Event Operations Manager to own the end-to-end execution of targeted legal events, including invite-listing, RSVP and registration campaigns, attendee communications, travel coordination, Cvent and Salesforce campaign management, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up. The role requires strong organization, multi-touch outreach experience, familiarity with Cvent, Salesforce, and Salesloft, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment. It is based in San Francisco, Chicago, Salt Lake City, or New York and requires a hybrid or fully onsite schedule.
