Description
The Event Operations Manager will own the end-to-end operational execution of approximately 10 European private equity conferences annually for Private Equity Insights, part of United Media. Based in person at the company’s London HQ, the role covers supplier sourcing and negotiation, budget and inventory management, sponsored VIP event planning, venue coordination, on-site event support, promotional-material quality checks, and recruitment, training, and management of a 40-person volunteer organization. No prior work experience is required because training is provided, but a UK work permit is required; the position is onsite Monday to Friday with a flexible start date and overseas travel.
