Required Previous Experiences: Experience in event planning or event technology management
3+ years of direct experience using the Cvent platform with proficiency in complex registration design, build, management, and reporting capabilities
Must have knowledge of creating events with multiple registration types, admission items, and travel integrations
Proficient in project management tools, preferably Smartsheet and Asana
Expert in MS Office (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
Understanding of a variety of technology tools and platforms with ability to speak to features and benefits
Understanding of group travel process and ability to assist
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Swoogo
Design experience in Canva or Photoshop
