Event Operations Specialist at Russell Tobin

Russell Tobin is hiring an Event Operations Specialist to support a high-growth technology client’s brand marketing events team. The role manages end-to-end registration, attendee communications, stakeholder coordination, speaker training, onsite meeting logistics, swag and merchandise operations, and scalable process documentation. It is a hybrid or remote position based in San Francisco or California, with U.S. travel as needed, a five-month contract with potential extension, and a pay rate of $100–$125 per hour W2. The role requires at least six years of relevant experience, hands-on Swoogo or Cvent registration experience, and experience supporting large-scale events.
