Description
The Event Producer at UJA serves as a project manager, client-service lead, logistics coordinator, and problem-solver for an assigned portfolio of marquee fundraising events and high-profile organizational initiatives. The role manages event project plans, RFPs, vendors, event journals, recruitment, analytics, cross-functional relationships, and special tasks, while working with fundraisers, marketers, program officers, and outside partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, vendor negotiation experience, and familiarity with major New York City event venues. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, and pays $75,000–$85,000.
