Description
The Event Security Coordinator leads the planning, scheduling, coordination, and oversight of event security operations at Charlotte Sports Park. The role supervises assigned security personnel, coordinates with internal teams and contractual partners, supports crowd management and safety, provides customer service, responds to guest and staff concerns, maintains documentation, and assists with event preparation and follow-up. Work may occur during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the event schedule.
