Description
The Banquet Server greets and serves guests at events, maintains event ambiance, coordinates food and beverage requests with kitchen and bar staff, refreshes buffets, clears tables, sets up event areas, handles cash registers and point-of-sale transactions, and resolves customer issues. The role requires fine-dining customer-service experience, at least two years of bartending or server experience, a high school diploma, a food-service certificate, accurate cash handling, and the ability to lift 45 pounds and perform prolonged physical activity.
