Pinnacle Live is hiring an Event Services Concierge at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. The role serves as the primary customer service representative for event planners, attendees, and hotel partners, checking meeting rooms, greeting clients, maintaining event information, coordinating on-site changes, reviewing invoices, communicating throughout events, troubleshooting networking and AV equipment, assisting with AV setup and striking, and reporting equipment issues. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, computer proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills; AV and hospitality experience is preferred.
