Description
Leibniz University Hannover is hiring an Event Technology Specialist for its Events Service Unit to operate and support event technology in university assembly venues and event rooms. The role covers event preparation, technical rehearsals, event operation, setup and dismantling, risk-assessment support, external provider coordination, technology handover, facility inspections, and maintenance. It requires successful completion of event technology specialist training or a comparable qualification, at least three years of professional experience, sound and lighting experience, knowledge of relevant German venue and safety regulations, a Class B driver’s license, and willingness for occasional evening and weekend work. The position is based at Welfenschloss in Hannover and is scheduled for five days per week.
