Faro | experiências is hiring an on-site Events Analyst in Campinas for its events and entertainment ecosystem. The role is mid-level and focuses on end-to-end project management for events, coordinating clients, sponsors, vendors, partners, and internal teams, maintaining schedules and documentation, managing approvals and contracts, supporting commercial proposals and sponsorship opportunities, and assisting with public incentive-law project submissions when applicable. The position requires higher education in a relevant field or in progress, prior experience in project management, client service, or event management, strong communication and organization, availability to travel and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and familiarity with Office/Google tools and Monday.com or similar project management tools.
