Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience or demonstrated interest in events, hospitality, marketing, employee experience, project coordination, or operations.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and close the loop.
Bias for action — you see what needs to be done, move quickly, and follow through.
Service mindset and strong judgment, especially when supporting guests, clients, partners, senior leaders, or internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once while staying calm and reliable under pressure.
Comfort working in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project trackers, and common event or marketing tools.
AI proficiency — you use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and organization while applying good judgment.
Willingness to be hands-on during events, including setup, logistics, and on-site support.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support events on location.
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Splash, Asana, Ramp, or similar platforms is a plus.
