Grand Hyatt Barcelona is hiring an Events Concierge Trainee for a six-month internship starting in September. The role serves as the primary on-site contact for guests, event organizers, and clients during meetings, conferences, and social events, coordinating requests, logistics, signage, materials, and communication with hotel departments such as Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, AV, and Engineering. The intern will also handle guest inquiries, feedback, service recovery, documentation, and brand representation. Candidates should be current university students, available in September, fluent in Spanish and English, and legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU internship program. The internship offers a €500 net monthly stipend, training, meals, vacation days, and other benefits.
