Description
The Oklahoma City Zoo & Botanical Garden is hiring a full-time Special Events Coordinator to plan and execute private events, birthday parties, Zoo buyouts, and public events. The role coordinates rentals, vendors, guest services, run-of-show details, event production, setup, ticketing, revenue and expense tracking, and on-site problem solving. It requires two years of event execution or hospitality experience, strong organization and communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. The position pays $19.27–$22.16 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
