This role involves end-to-end coordination and delivery of Compass-hosted events, participation in major industry conferences and exhibitions, and overall smooth operation of daily marketing activities. The coordinator will manage logistics, vendor relations, and support marketing campaigns contributing to business growth, collaborating with various departments like Sales and Customer Success.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years’ experience in events, marketing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications: ideally within the EdTech (education technology) sector.
Strong technical confidence, with experience using tools such as Monday.com, Canva and CRM platforms (preferably Zoho or HubSpot), along with email marketing programs and a willingness to use AI tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Strong organisational and multitasking capability, managing multiple projects, deadlines and event logistics simultaneously.
A proactive and structured approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep projects moving.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.
A positive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment.
