Description
The Event Manager plans, coordinates, and executes assigned events at the Marshall Health Network Arena and Convention Center. The role accepts event handoffs from Sales, reviews contracts and operational requirements, serves as the primary contact for clients and vendors, coordinates staffing and production needs, produces CAD layouts, manages on-site operations, supervises event staff, and supports post-event reporting and settlement. The position reports to the General Manager and may include concerts, sporting events, trade shows, conventions, conferences, meetings, banquets, consumer shows, community events, and other special events.
