Description
Stand Together is hiring an Events Strategy Program Manager to build and lead the program-management capability for its portfolio of high-impact in-person experiences. The role owns the operating model from intake through execution and debrief, coordinates the year-round calendar, manages complex events and steering committees, tracks status and accountability, and closes the loop with post-event reviews and data-driven process improvements. The position requires strong project and program management, cross-functional influence, systems thinking, data fluency, and experience with event strategy, fundraising, development, or philanthropy. The anticipated base salary is $100,000-$150,000 per year, with possible bonus compensation and comprehensive health and dental benefits.
