EverCommerce is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and hands-on development across enterprise integration, AWS microservices, Workato automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The role combines dev lead, solution architect, and senior engineer responsibilities, including designing scalable solutions, reviewing code, guiding developers, implementing automation and AI use cases, establishing engineering practices, and troubleshooting production issues. The position can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with remote, in-office, or hybrid options depending on proximity to an office, and may require travel to Denver or other North American offices.
