Description
EverCommerce is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and hands-on development across enterprise integration, AWS microservices, Workato automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The role combines dev lead, solution architect, and senior engineer responsibilities, including designing scalable solutions, reviewing code, guiding developers, implementing automation and AI workflows, establishing engineering best practices, and troubleshooting production issues. The position can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada and may be in-office, hybrid, or fully remote, with travel to Denver or other North American offices possible. The target base compensation is $150,000 to $170,000 USD per year, with a variable component in most U.S. locations.
