Description
Briostack, part of EverCommerce, is hiring a Customer Implementation Manager to manage high-profile and enterprise customer implementations for Brio, a SaaS ERP for pest control companies. The role covers onboarding, customer support, training, software adoption guidance, data migration, relationship building, and coordination across departments. It is primarily remote within the United States, with possible in-office or hybrid arrangements and potential travel to Denver or other North American offices. The position requires a bachelor's or associate degree with comparable experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and preferably data migration or software implementation experience. Target base compensation is $50,000 to $60,000 USD per year.
