Description
The employer is hiring an Everyday Companion to support residents in multiple Dresden facilities. The role involves accompanying residents, planning and conducting activity programs, promoting social connections and quality of life, organizing events and celebrations, and providing compassionate care. Applicants need qualification under Section 43b of the Social Code XI, experience or enjoyment working with older people and people with dementia-related changes, organizational and social skills, empathy, and willingness to work in shifts. The position is part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible working hours.
