2AI India is hiring a founding Evidence Lead to measure the effectiveness of AI-enabled agriculture and health programs, generate actionable insights, build cost-effectiveness models, apply AI and machine learning to evaluation, manage government reporting, and present evidence to funders, partners, and government counterparts. The role requires 7–9 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation, or applied research in global health or international development, along with experience in Indian government data systems, cost-effectiveness modelling, and external presentation.
