Pilgrim’s is hiring an Evis Sorter - Nights for its Arcadia, Wisconsin complex. The role inspects and sorts poultry, removes septic birds and defective gizzards, salvages product, performs final trimming, communicates with leadership and USDA personnel, and follows food-safety, quality, and safety procedures. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday with occasional Fridays, with 8:10 p.m. to 4:40 a.m. shifts. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and food or production experience is preferred; benefits begin after 60 days of employment.
