Description
The Environmental Services and Infection Control Specialist maintains environmental and infection-control standards, performs general cleaning of patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned facility areas, follows established procedures, and complies with regulatory requirements. The role prefers a high school diploma or GED, completion of a GED program within two years with experience, and one to three months of related experience or training; no certification or licensure is required. Physical requirements include occasional lifting of 20–50 pounds, standing, walking, and exposure to varied temperatures and cleaning agents.
