Xanitos is hiring an Environmental Services Manager in Lansing, Michigan to lead the Environmental Services department and its associates under the Unit Director. The role manages staffing, scheduling, assignments, training, quality assurance, materials and equipment, disciplinary actions, and staff performance, while serving as a liaison between hospital departments and Environmental Services. Candidates need healthcare environmental services experience, floorcare and payroll experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work varying shifts; union experience and a college degree or equivalent work experience are preferred.
