Westminster at Lake Ridge is hiring a full-time Floor Technician to clean surfaces and assigned areas throughout its senior living community, including carpeted and hard-surface floors, stairways, elevators, windows, walls, and common areas. The role also includes moving furniture, assisting with room and activity-room set up, terminal cleaning, snow removal, waste transport, and reporting maintenance or sanitation issues. The position offers a Monday-through-Friday schedule with rotating weekends, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shifts, and a wage of $13.00 to $17.62 per hour.
