Torch Technologies is hiring an EW Emerging Capabilities Development Manager to support the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The role leads business strategies and projects covering the design, development, production, testing, deployment, and sustainment of electronic warfare capability development, including mission data development and validation, operational testing, force development evaluation, and foreign materiel exploitation. The position requires a master's degree in engineering or business, at least 12 years of capabilities development experience, US citizenship, a Top-Secret clearance with follow-on eligibility for SCI, and 15–30% travel. It is a 40-hour-per-week position with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
