Description
The Semiconductor Test Engineer is responsible for testing flow and yield of a family of semiconductor devices, supporting daily manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation, and improving process quality, yield, cost effectiveness, and throughput. The role requires cross-functional and global EWS support, product transfer and test-program modification, investigation of production-line technical problems, and participation in Lean improvement projects. A relevant degree in electrical or electronic engineering is required, while semiconductor testing and probing experience is advantageous; fresh graduates may also be considered.
