Description
LaRiviere, Inc. is hiring a full-time Excavation/Construction Foreman who also operates heavy equipment for heavy civil work in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington areas. The role reports to the superintendent, plans workflows and equipment and manpower, oversees safety compliance, trains personnel, and operates excavators, skid-steers, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, and haul trucks. It requires five years of heavy equipment operating experience, three years of leadership experience on heavy civil construction projects, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. Compensation is $35.00–$45.00 per hour, with company-paid medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401K.
