Marv’s Plumbing & Heating is hiring an Excavation Laborer to support excavation crews with digging, grading, trenching, backfilling, job-site preparation, equipment signaling, safety setup, material handling, and excavation-area marking. The role may also assist with drainage systems, pipe installation, or utility locating. Candidates should have basic excavation and hand-tool knowledge, follow safety protocols, communicate well, work cooperatively, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet company motor vehicle record requirements. Previous construction or excavation experience and OSHA 10 or 30 training are preferred.
