Bonfe is hiring a full-time Excavation Technician in St. Paul, Minnesota, to serve as a working lead on residential sewer and utility construction projects. The role involves leading a small crew, operating excavation equipment and jetters, reading construction plans, locating underground utilities, maintaining documentation and safety protocols, and performing light mechanical maintenance. Candidates need 5–10 years of underground utility and sewer construction experience, a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and proficiency with sewer inspection and locating equipment. Compensation is $32–$40 per hour starting, with bonus incentive pay and medical and dental benefits.
