Central Specialties, Inc. is hiring a full-time Excavator Operator to operate excavators for excavation and earthmoving work across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Iowa. The role includes safe equipment operation, trenching, routine maintenance, communication with site personnel, and adherence to safety and project specifications. Candidates need heavy equipment operating experience, a valid driver’s license, strong mechanical and communication skills, and the ability to travel and work overtime.
