Description
The Excavator Operator / Yard Worker operates loading equipment such as excavators and forklift trucks, transports materials, loads and unloads trucks, maintains yard processes, and handles the acceptance, weighing, assessment, sorting, and separation of steel scrap and non-ferrous metals. The role also requires maintenance and care of the loading equipment. Candidates need technical vocational training, authorization to operate loading equipment, experience in waste management and/or metal recycling, and flexible availability; knowledge of steel scrap and non-ferrous metals is desirable. The position is based at the Magdeburg branch and includes vacation, bonuses, pension contributions, and a monthly non-cash benefit.
