Horace Mann is recruiting an Exclusive Agent to build and manage an agency serving educators with insurance and financial products. The role includes identifying affordable insurance solutions, presenting products to groups and individuals, developing market access and relationships, networking, and managing the agency. It offers an exclusive niche and defined territory, performance-based 1099 compensation, a 48-month incentive package, quarterly production incentives, client-service support, technology, training, and a multiline product portfolio. The preferred qualification is 2–5 years of insurance and financial-services experience, along with specified life, health, property, and casualty licenses and the ability to obtain applicable FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
